On 2nd October 2022, Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated at the Conference Hall, NBU. In the said programme the following persons were present on the dais: Prof. Om Prakash Mishra (VC, N.B.U), Prof. Rathin Bandyopadhyay (Dean ACL), Prof. Samar Kumar Biswas ( President NBUTC), Manash Esh ( information Scientist), Amit Gupta (Employee, USIC).

The 72nd Independence day was celebrated in our University compound, with great pomp and show. The Administrative building and the ground were cleaned and decorated for the occasion. A flag pole was put up in front of the Administrative Building, which was unfurled by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor.
The Security Guards and NCC unit of University perform March-past with the drill playing loud and tri-colour flag, flying high.
In the end, all stood in attention and sang the National Anthem in chorus.

Our University celebrated the 123rd birth anniversary of the great warrior and orator Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. The senior students took the pledge and sang the national song.The cultural programme began in the institute premises. Our respected Controller of Examination garlanded the sculpture of Netaji which was followed by a small speech that was given by our Dean of Arts.
The opening performance was done by the senior students on the song 'Vande Mataram', a tribute to our motherland. This was followed by our National Anthem ‘Jana Gana Mana’ sung by a team of students.
The NCC unit began their parade with the beating of the drums, that began from Arts Block and ended near the Administrative Block of the University.

26th of January is a gala day for every Indian. We celebrate this day as a festival every year. This year the 69th Republic Day it was celebrated with pomp and show in our school. All the students and employees assembled in the institute premises at 7:30 am. After some time The Honorable Registrar and other distinguished persons arrived. The Registrar unfurled the national flag.
This was followed by our National Anthem ‘Jana Gana Mana’ sung by a team of students. Then the series of speeches started. The Registrar addressed the gathering. He emphasized the need of consciousness among the citizens of a Nation.
The whole programme of Republic day was nice. The programme ended with the distribution of sweets among all.
